You can upgrade your pheasant hunting package with some fishing. When hunting is done you may have a chance to go fishing late afternoon or evenings at the Fort Thompson Dam. Fishing is done below the dam using jigs and shad raps. We can supply the fishing poles and tackle or you may bring your own gear. Your hunting guide knows all the good fishing hotspots as he has fished these waters for many years. His knowledge should help you be successful; not to mention a fun and exciting time will be had by all.
We also offer walleye fishing in the summer months using guides with boats. There are several factors that we look at when booking a package for this type of fishing. First we have to have the right number of people (group), second the weather and river levels will also factor into putting a package together. We have a blast when it all comes together; the shore lunches are a special treat as well. Nothing better than eating fresh walleye right off the shore!
